To enter the New York multifamily housing market, NRP initially partnered with local developers and organizations that helped us pursue our NRP mission across the broader New York metro area and established NRP’s New York regional office in 2016. Since that time, we have developed market rate, affordable, and mixed income communities in Northern New Jersey, Westchester County, and Long Island. We could not be prouder of the collaborations that have allowed us to provide exceptional rental housing in New York for individuals and families, regardless of income.
