The NRP Group opened its Orlando office in 2010 to further support NRP operations in Florida. Since that time, we have focused on providing beautiful top tier market rate communities in Central Florida, Orlando, Tampa, St. Petersburg, and the Southwest Coast of Florida. In total, we have developed 22 communities, encompassing 6,358 apartment homes, at an investment of more than a billion dollars. We currently have 30 local NRP team members in the state, and we are eager to continue providing the residents of Central and Southwestern Florida with more safe, high-quality apartment homes beautifully designed and ideally located for superior access to all aspects of work and play.
